In these 10 Days, we will visit a range of destinations including Tanger, Asilah, Rabat, Casablanca, Essaouira, Marrakech, Dades Gorges, Todgha Gorges, Merzouga Desert, and ending in Fes. The tour starts from Tanger, where you will be struck by the city’s vibrant energy and stunning coastal views. Our way will be made down the coast to Asilah for the overnight stay. The next day we drive to Rabat, where you can visit the Oudaya Kasbah and Hassan Tower. Later we continue to Casablanca, where you will be awed by the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world.

From there, we head to Essaouira, a charming coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and bustling medina. Marrakech is not going to be missed for sure in your tour, the final leg of the trip will take us through the stunning Dades and Todgha Gorges, where you are going to be surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Finally, to Merzouga Desert, where you will experience a magical night under the stars in a traditional Berber camp or even luxury one. The trip continues to Fes on the way we will visit Ziz Valley, Cedar Forest, and Ifrane known as the Moroccan Switzerland. Tour ends in Fes.

Morocco Itinerary 10 Days

⇒ Day 1: Arrival in Tangier » Asilah

Toady of your Morocco travel itinerary 10 days starts after breakfast, from tangier also known as “the bride of the north”. The city is located in the northwest, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean in the Strait of Gibraltar. Here you will have free time for lunch in the beautiful medina of Tangier before driving to the famous Cave of Hercules. Towards afternoon we reach the small and cozy artist town of Asilah, located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Here we will transfer you to your accommodation. There is still time for a walk in the small medina, which has many galleries with beautiful colorful works of art. Once a year there is an artists’ festival here – you may still discover painted buildings decorated especially for the occasion.

⇒ Day 2: Asilah » Rabat » Casablanca

Today we continue our journey via Rabat to Casablanca. In Rabat, the capital of Morocco and one of the four royal sites, we will visit the Hassan Tower, the mausoleum of Mohammed V and the historical Kasbah of Oudaya, which is complemented by a medieval-looking little village in Andalusian style. From up here you have a wonderful view of the mouth of the Bou Regreg, Morocco’s longest river. After that, the journey continues – to the economic metropolis of Morocco: Casablanca. If time permits, we will pay a short visit to the Hassan Il Mosque (the second largest mosque in Africa). It is located directly on a headland in Casablanca, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Then we will take you to your accommodation.

⇒ Day 3: Casablanca » Essaouira

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, we drive along the coast to the small port town of Essaouira. As we have enough time, we will first visit the old Portuguese fortress with its imposing cannons pointing to the sea. The fishing port is a must. Here you can have your own choice of fresh fish, shellfish or seafood prepared on the spot. Would you like to try a freshly caught oyster? Here it is possible. After a walk in the old medina, we will bring you to your riad or hotel.

⇒ Day 4: Essaouira » Marrakech

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, we start our Day by driving south to Marrakech. On the way we encounter a strange spectacle on the roadside: goats spending their day on argan trees. Of course, we stop! Feeding and photos desired. Arrived in Marrakech drop off in your Riad at the Medina.

First of all. Bear in mind that our cars are well comfortable, Spacious and with air-conditioning. In our tours we actually offer only the last models of Toyota Prado (if you are maximum 4 Travelers). This will give you the potential to move easily in the car or even have a deep sleep. Additionally, we offer, Minivans like Ford and Vito or Viano (if you are maximum 8 or 9 Travellers). Morocco considers as an Islamic Country with more than 99 percent of the population is Sunni Muslim. But this doesn’t prevent of producing it and selling it. Here are some Moroccan beers and wines; (Casablanca, Stork, Flag, Heineken). If you are wondering where to buy some alcohol, that easy because many licensed shops are selling it. Such as some Hotels, some Restaurants, Bars, or Carrefour (Supermarket). However, drinking alcohol in the streets for tourists is breaking the law and is completely forbidden and can lead to arrest. So please be careful where you drink you are in a Muslim country.

What to bring with you?

while you are reading this article, so you are interested in travelling to Morocco. But you are lost, and you don’t know what to bring exactly. We will talk only about the important things Firstly, check your passport if its valid to travel or not, don’t forget your credit cards, Cash, Flight info, Phone, Charger, Suitcase, and some Medicine because Morocco don’t have the best Quality ones. However, bring body sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, lip balm are very helpful especially in the desert where the weather is dry. Last thing you shouldn’t forget is a secure Day Bag it’s a great ideal to protect your stuff when you venture into public places like souks (Markets).

Summer and autumn Cloths: Oversize T-shirts, short pants, light trousers, a Dress for women, a bathing suit if you want to swim, we advise comfortable shoes for walking, and a scarf to cover your hair and shoulders but if you don’t have one no worries you can buy one in Morocco. Also, a light jacket is very important because some places are a bit cold even in the summertime. To protect yourself from the strong sun we advise you to bring a Cap. Additionally, don’t forget flip-flops.

winter and spring Cloths: Our suggestions are a warm Jacket for the nights and early mornings, long pants (Jeans), if you have fleece, is perfect idea. Also, T-shirt sometimes during the day it gets sunny and warm. Shoes at least two types, Scarf, skirts, is ok, and tunics.

If you are wondering how to get the internet in Morocco and get connected with the world it’s simple and super easy. In the airport where you land, there are shops selling SIM cards you just have to buy one and put some Balance on it, and then you get the internet. I think you still didn’t understand in Morocco each shop (Grocer) sells SIM cards and balances. So, you need to buy both. SIM Card costs from 1.5 euro to a maximum of 2.5 euro. For the balance from 0.50 cents to 20 euro, it depends on how much you want:

100 MG costs 0.50 cents available for one day – 1GB costs 1 Euro available for 3 Days – 2GB costs 2 euro available for 1 week – 5GB costs 5 euro and is available for one Month, and 10GB costs 10 Euro. (The best company is Maroc Telcom). Additionally, Wi-Fi is available in every coffee, restaurant, Riad, and Hotel.

Can I use euro or Dollar in Morocco?
